SUNSET VIEW

   Zwei Grundstücke bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf diese Atlantikbucht und abends auf einmalig schöne Sonenuntergänge.
Sie verfügen durch einen Waldpfad entlang eines rauschenden Baches über einen direkten und privaten Zugang zum Meer, samt einem Bootssteg.
Das Einzigartige dieser Aussicht: Durch Ebbe und Flut ergeben sich ständig neue Eindrücke für den Betrachter: Grüne Grasflächen tauchen aus dem Wasser auf und verschwinden dann wieder unter der Wasseroberfläche. Ein grandioses Schauspiel.
Und in fünf Minuten ist man am berühmten Martinique Beach, dem längsten Sandstrand von Nova Scotia.

   Two plots of land offer a magnificent view of this Atlantic bay and in the evening of uniquely beautiful sunsets.
They have direct and private access to the sea through a forest path along a rushing stream, including a landing stage for boats and kayaks.
What makes this view unique is that ebb and flow constantly create new impressions for the observer: green grass surfaces emerge from the water and then disappear again under the water surface. A grandiose spectacle.
And in five minutes you are at the famous Martinique Beach, the longest sandy beach in Nova Scotia.

THE NARROWS

   Hier offerieren wir drei Waldstücke mit Abhang zur Mouquodoboit Harbour Bay.
Jedes ist ca. 4000 qm groß und liegt an der Zugangsstraße zum Martinique Beach National Park.
Der Yachtclub ist ganz in der Nähe, ebenso Musqodoboit Harbour.

   Here we offer three woodlands with a slope to Mouquodoboit Harbour Bay.

Each one is about 4000 square meters and is located at the access road to the Martinique Beach National Park.

The yacht club is very close by, as is Musqodoboit Harbour.

 
ATLANTIC WAVES

   Hier befinden sich  mehrere traumhafte bewaldete Grundstücke an der Steilküste zum Atlantik in der Entwicklung.
Allein schon die malerische Küstenstraße zu diesen Grundstücken ist ein eigenes Highlight.
Ganz zu schweigen von dem ständigen Rauschen der Atlantikwellen.

   There are several gorgeous wooded lots under development here on the bluffs facing the Atlantic Ocean.
The picturesque coastal road to these properties alone is a highlight in its own right.
Not to mention the constant sound of the Atlantic waves.

 
GOLF HILL 

   Drei wunderschöne Grundstücke auf dem Gelände eines ehemaligen Golfplatzes. Jedes Grundstück ist daher nur noch zum Teil bewaldet und gewährt damit einen weiten Blick auf die Landschaft und den nahen Atlantik.
Auch von hier ist man in wenigen Minuten am Martinique Beach oder im beschaulichen Musquodoboit Harbour mit seinen zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Also from here you can reach Martinique Beach in a few minutes or the tranquil Musquodoboit Harbour with its numerous shopping facilities.

CLAMSHELL PARK

Dieser Park liegt am Ende der malerischen Atlantikbucht und ist Bestanteil von Musquodoboit Harbour.

Zwanzig  wunderschöne Grundstücke warten hier auf ihre Entwicklung. Die meisten von ihnen liegen in Südrichtung in leichter Hanglage mit spektakulärem Blick auf die Atlantikbucht und einem Zugang zum Wasser. Das Gebiet liegt an der Zugangsstraße zum berühmten Martinique Beach, nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Einkaufen, Cafe, Bücherei, Fitness Studio, Schule, Krankenhaus usw. in unmittelbarer Nähe.In 35 Minuten erreicht man Halifax oder den International Airport.
